We are an Information Technology Center (ITC), formerly known as a Data Acquisition Site. NEOMIN provides information and technical support to the Ashtabula and Trumbull County school districts. In addition, we also provide staff development for our member schools.

NEOMIN is a member of the Ohio Education Computer Network (OECN). The OECN develops and maintains fiscal and EMIS software that is used statewide by the Ohio school districts.
